Our donor privacy commitment

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share donor names, contact details, or giving history with any other organization for their own use. Donor lists are not exchanged, ever.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, mailing address, phone, employer or program, and gift details submitted through a form or the donation platform.
• Payment information is collected and processed by our donation platform. The Foundation never stores full card or bank numbers on this website.
• Basic technical data: pages visited and aggregate traffic patterns, used only to improve the site.

How we use it

To process and receipt gifts, meet tax and reporting obligations, send updates you asked for, and answer your questions. Nothing else.

Service providers

We share only what is necessary with the vendors who run our donation processing, email, and accounting, and only so they can perform that work for us. [PROCESSOR_NAME] processes donations. [EMAIL_PLATFORM] delivers our newsletter.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, unsubscribe from email at any time, request that your gift remain anonymous in published materials, or ask that we stop contacting you. Email vitals@thevitalsfoundation.org and we will act on it.
