Where your dollar goes
At least 85 cents of every dollar funds programs.
Programs means education and training, mental health and resilience support, research and data, safety initiatives, recognition and advocacy, and LODD dependents grants. Operations covers the small team and administration required to run the Foundation, and it never exceeds 15 percent.
